A Knight's Tale "Darkness is a part of light. There is no shadow if there is no light; and good and evil are best friends."
Sir Joe was a gallant knight; he protected the honour of goodness and dealt justice to the evil. He liked his job, he did. He was a perfect knight, so perfect that evil had loosened its grip and eventually had let go.
But Joe was not at peace.
"What good am I," he wondered "If I have no purpose left?"
So he took off his helmet and his armour and hung them on his wall. And he also took off his Knight's Sword and put it on his wardrobe; on it, not in it.
Thus the town was left knightless; Sir Joe was just Joe now.

Life and Death -LIFE-
Life is like a flash of lightning. It flashes for a mere second. A flash so white, so blinding, so enchanting... But alas, it does not last long. After the lightning, comes the thunder. A roar, so deafening, so dreadful, so reminiscing... It is thunder that reminds people of the lightning. The louder the roar, the brighter the flash...
And as life abandoned Amanda; as her flash slowly faded away into darkness, she did not think about the bullet piercing her frail body. As the flicker of life in her eyes faded slowly, she saw her son. As she collapsed, she saw her son being pulled away.

Prologue  The building looked old. The bricks were covered with thick layers of grime where rain could not penetrate. In other places, the yellow brick stones were harmonious to the brown roof. Every here and there, on the edges of the roof were grotesque faces, staring down upon the square shaped area, called the quad by the inhabitants of the place. In the middle of the quad stood a sundial, nearly seven meters tall. And on its apex, perched the pelican. The Golden Pelican stood ever so vigilant, forever protecting its home.
On the northern wall of the quad was the entrance, yet the gate was closed now.

I'm on a search, following a purpose.
The sun's up high, conditions are coarse.
Questions I do not have, I'm in my Master's service.

Walls of stone will not protect you.
Hordes of guards are insufficient.
Run all you want, even hiding won't do.
For my ways are mysterious and ancient.

I search the city, look 'neath every stone.
I sense my prey, sense the coward's fear.
Soon my blade shall feed, of lust 'twas born,
-Lust for blood-, and with it, his life I'll tear.

Now I see you, hidden behind your pride.
Funny how brave you look, I must be blind.

Dreading the Loved and Loving the Dreaded

This journal entry could be considered as a piece of literature. Then again nearly everything that is written IS literature.

How I feel recently can be described by one word really. But I'm not going to tell that word until the very end, just so I can create some, you know, vibe and make you (the imaginary/possible reader) excited and hooked. But probably by now, you know what that word is.

Well, whoa, I lost my train of thoughts... Uh, where was I? Well skip this paragraph.

I think there was a point I was going to make. I feel like something, but I know I shouldn't feel like that. And in the end I realize I wasn't feeling like that after all.

I feel like CONTRADICTing myself. Yeah the word in capitals is the word!

Whoa...

Anyways so that's all.

And it has passed... Ah well, it was awesome. I talked two of my teachers into letting the class watch V For Vendetta, and I taught my teachers a bit of British History hahaha
